[opensuse-marketing] weekly news fr tanslation
Hi all, I finished translating the French template (http://en.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_Weekly_News/Translations/Template_FR) and the articles. But these so far are only on my laptop. I am trying to add them to the page http://fr.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_Weekly_News/60/french but it seems that there is an issue with the template. Anyone can help me please ? Thanks in advance, JC _____________ SUSE Linux 2.6.27.7-9-default GNOME evolution 2.24.1.1 && Mozilla Firefox 3.0.6 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org

Anyone can help me please ? You must import the Sablon (Template).
1.) Please go to http://en.opensuse.org/index.php?title=OpenSUSE_Weekly_News/Translations/Template_FR&action=edit 2.) Scroll down. Near the Buttons Save and Preview, you find under them an Section with the Templates. Klick on "Pointhere", and make an copy n' paste to your french Site. Then import them into your french Site. -- Sincereley yours Sascha Manns openSUSE Marketing Team (Weekly News) openSUSE Build Service Web: http://saschamanns.gulli.to Blog: http://lizards.opensuse.org/author/saigkill -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org

It looks great ! :-) Still, I have some advice for you. 1) Why don't you add your name to "Credits" section as a translator ? 2) Look at the wiki source of the "Traductions" section. Issue numbers there should be 60 instead of 56. ;-) 3) The latter half of this section: [[de:OpenSUSE-Wochenschau/56]] [[es:OpenSUSE_Noticias_Semanales/56]] [[ja:OpenSUSE_Weekly_News/56]] [[ru:Еженедельные_новости_openSUSE/56]] [[pl:Tygodnik_openSUSE/56]] [[pt:Notícias_da_semana_no_openSUSE/56]] [[hu:OpenSUSE_Heti_H%C3%ADrmond%C3%B3/56]] [[it:OpenSUSE_Newsletter_Settimanale/56]] [[fr:OpenSUSE_Lettre_Information/56]] Those lines enable the pull down language selector on top of the page. So you should replace "fr" line by "en" line, for example: [[de:OpenSUSE-Wochenschau/60]] [[es:OpenSUSE_Noticias_Semanales/60]] [[ja:OpenSUSE_Weekly_News/60]] [[ru:Еженедельные_новости_openSUSE/60]] [[pl:Tygodnik_openSUSE/60]] [[pt:Notícias_da_semana_no_openSUSE/60]] [[hu:OpenSUSE_Heti_H%C3%ADrmond%C3%B3/60]] [[it:OpenSUSE_Newsletter_Settimanale/60]] [[en:OpenSUSE_Weekly_News/60]] After doing so, the red line "fr:OpenSUSE_Lettre_Information/56" you see now bottom of the page will be disappear. ;-) Best, -- _/_/ Satoru Matsumoto - openSUSE Member - Japan _/_/ _/_/ Marketing/Weekly News/openFATE Screening Team _/_/ _/_/ mail: helios_reds_at_gmx.net / irc: HeliosReds _/_/ _/_/ http://blog.geeko.jp/author/heliosreds _/_/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org
