[opensuse-marketing] Hungarian Weekly News Light version
Hi All, I just would like to inform the Weekly News Team that hopefully I will work on the Hungarian version of the openSUSE Weekly News (openSUSE Heti Hírmondó) in the future. However I do not plan to translate everything from the News (so this is why I call it Light version). IMHO if I translate the summarize of the blog entry or the article the Hungarian readers will wondering why the whole thing is in English behind it. The 2nd reason: I have not enough time to do that. But I think this is better than nothing and you will like it too: http://hu.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_Heti_H%C3%ADrmond%C3%B3/53 cheers kalman
Hello Kálmán, Welcome aboard. I really enjoyed the way you formated the news. Maybe that's something we can apply on the others translations as well. As for the translation of the summarize, I can see your point, but also sometimes the headline won't say much about the content which will leave the reader without any clues about the content of the article. But anyway, like you said that's better than nothing. Best Regards, Gabriel Franco 2009/1/6 Kálmán Kéménczy <kkemenczy@gmail.com>:

Your template is quiet nice for summarizing weekly news. I send your link into our community to show how weekly news summary posted into blog. -- Best Regards, Masim "Vavai" Sugianto /************************************************************/ Blog (ID) : http://www.vavai.com/blog Blog (EN) : http://www.vavai.net Community : http://www.opensuse.or.id Commercial : http://toko.vavai.biz /************************************************************/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org

I agree, and think that we may adapt the Hungarian style to the main and translated news, it's more visual and more attractive. AlpVonKri gⲿ EMAILING FOR THE GREATER GOOD Join me

Dear Team, First of all, thanks for the very warm welcome! I am more than happy that you like my kind of vision about the openSUSE Weekly News Light version. Two years ago I created the whole design for SUSE Linux Professional 9.3 documentation's wiki (unfortunately this was the last localized documentation, but I am still working on the new version). If you find the time please check my vision about how wiki documentation should look to keep them easily readable for the users. Of course this is Hungarian, but maybe worth to click inside the wiki document pages to see the whole structure and design http://hu.opensuse.org/Dokument%C3%A1ci%C3%B3/SL9.3 I know this is not fit exactly to the standard openSUSE templates, but I have many positive feedbacks from Hungarian community. Thanks again and good to be here... kalman -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org
