[opensuse-marketing] commercial offerings on openSUSE wiki
As part of the preparation for the openSUSE 12.1 launch, I've reworked the Buy_openSUSE page according to the guidelines from a recent project meeting: "We put on /Buy_openSUSE all box-like (commercial packaged) products that have asked for trademark approval and are unmodified versions of the openSUSE release" I've updated the English page for 12.1 now and created a new page for commercial offerings as discussed in the meeting. Stuart, you're welcome to add information about Balsam Professional on the Commercial offerings page. If there are no significant changes, I'll tell the German team to translate this in a smiliar way... The German wiki is actually really up-to-date concerning the sale versions: http://dewiki.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_kaufen
We only have to add Balsam to it, and maybe took over the Commercial_offerings page, then we´re done.
Stuart, after adding Balsam info, could you tell me that you´ve done it? Then I would start to translate it for the German wiki.

What am I allowed to put on the Commercial_offerings text only or put images as well?
Put up images there as well. Just consider size - if everybody uses large images, it will be a mess. Therefore if they're far too large, I might scale them down but that's it. Stuart has done the changes to the Commercial offerings page and I reviewed them - thanks! So, time to review both - and I guess both pages will get some more info later. Kim and Uwe were interested in doing the German wiki, so I CC'ed them, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@{suse.com,opensuse.org} Twitter/Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn, Jennifer Guild, Felix Imendörffer, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+owner@opensuse.org
