[opensuse-marketing] commercial offerings on openSUSE wiki

As part of the preparation for the openSUSE 12.1 launch, I've reworked the Buy_openSUSE page according to the guidelines from a recent project meeting:

"We put on /Buy_openSUSE all box-like (commercial packaged) products that have asked for trademark approval and are unmodified versions of the openSUSE release"

I've updated the English page for 12.1 now and created a new page for commercial offerings as discussed in the meeting.

Stuart, you're welcome to add information about Balsam Professional on the Commercial offerings page.

If there are no significant changes, I'll tell the German team to translate this in a smiliar way...
