I understand now...thank you...yeah taking things personally can be detrimental to discussions.
However, the Free Media Persons programme, does other people think it is a good idea?
I really do not mind buying some blank DVDs and stick them with "legit" CD stickers and pass them on to anyone who are interested.
Perhaps having a link on the main openSUSE (I spell it correct for the 1st time yay!) Portal for those interested in getting some in their areas? By some, I meant maybe like 20 or 30 DVDs, not 100 as it will be costly then.
What does everyone think?
It is a great idea, and we already do this for long time now: "If you would like a free copy of openSUSE or openSUSE-Education DVD, please get it collected from the following address below(no shipping, for events and promotional activities see http://en.opensuse.org/PromoDVD), you can also drop in with your computer for free installation mail on free-install@cyberorg.info to find the available time for installation." http://groups.google.com/group/opensuse-india It would be really nice to get everyone willing to do similar thing listed on one central place, that is why I said ADM's Free Media Persons idea was a good one, we should be taking that forward. Just because he has some radical point of view does not mean everything he suggested lacked merit :) Cheers -J -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org
