Thanks for the effort spreading openSUSE. :-)
Do we have anyone from other countries that might help reach out to LUGs to spread DVDs? We can usually take care of shipping, though it might be easier to send a bulk order to one person and have them distribute from there.
If you know of any LUGs that are looking for DVDs, you can also send them to the DVD order page that Martin announced last week. Note that we're intending to distribute DVDs for groups, not individuals -- we got a ton of requests for small numbers of DVDs (like, 3), which isn't the purpose of the system...
Best,

Hi Zonker I'd be happy to be that point of contact in New Zealand. I'm doing presentations to Lugs NPOs and Schools all the time both on OOo and desktop Linux. I'd move a couple of hundred without any stress at all. The guys at Novell's Auckland office were kind enough to give me two boxes of the packaged SLED/SLES 10 DVDs when 10 was first released, I probably handed out more of those than any individual Novell employee. A few of the 11.0 packaged versions would go down well as well. I do presentations to groups of Seniors doing computer training programmes and they always ask for a a manual. Unfortunately there's no source for those locally.
