[opensuse-kernel] leap kernel updates
Hi, looking back I have noticed that kernel updates for the leap release were issued on average about once per month. However we haven't got any kernel update in the last 3 months. Heh, it's a good sign in general, no? :) Apart from that, since Leap 15.1 git branch is maintained no longer by me but by Petr, the maintenance policy got changed, too. For Leap 15.1, we align the update release of Leap kernel with SLE kernel. That looks like an unfortunate regression by the recent upstream fix. Luckily it's specific to only a certain iwlwifi chip (3168). A fix commit was already queued, and a test kernel is being built.
