[opensuse-kernel] config files in kernel-source rpm?
The latest kernel-source rpm ( kernel-source-2.6.29- rc6.git1.master_20090226204258_29d8062c.x86_64.rpm) doesn't install a /usr/src/linux-2.6.29-rc6-git1-master_20090226204258_29d8062c-obj directory So you don't have the .config file for the suse kernels any more. Where can I find the config of the suse kernrels now ? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+help@opensuse.org

You got a kernel-source that was produced while I was working on the spec files. If you grab a newer one, the configs will be back. Ultimately, kernel-source will be noarch and only contain the kernel source. The configs etc will be included in kernel-$flavor-devel. I'm still working out some build issues on non-x86 archs, so I've reverted the changes in the repo. - -Jeff - -- Jeff Mahoney SUSE Labs -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with SUSE - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAkmoMLMACgkQLPWxlyuTD7L0QwCgjWKLrVNNCgWNTS2RmjEUZVcm oVEAnAoo0/Bk0K6GUi7C68IpKkUTdPSY =/fEW -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+help@opensuse.org
