The latest kernel-source rpm ( kernel-source-2.6.29- rc6.git1.master_20090226204258_29d8062c.x86_64.rpm) doesn't install a /usr/src/linux-2.6.29-rc6-git1-master_20090226204258_29d8062c-obj directory So you don't have the .config file for the suse kernels any more.
