It takes longer than that for the build service to compile all of these kernels :) thanks, greg k-h -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+owner@opensuse.org

Enough for solving my issues with the Arndale kernel (which is a separate branch that I try to ref to 3.9)

possibly, although it is the output of run_oldconfig.sh so I'd rather include it to avoid a config file diff during build.
And 3.9 came out less than 24 hours ago, please give people a chance here. It takes longer than that for the build service to compile all of these kernels :)
I'm not complaining, I provide a compile-tested patch. And no, the build service already verified that the kernel flavors with my patch build correctly (for x86* and armv7l, at least). It won't avoid the comparison. That's part of the baseline kernel build process.

Thanks for the effort. Really. I do try to keep my eye on new releases, but I haven't automated it and I remember to check about every other day. Since the patch changed the config files, I expanded the vanilla configs and merged the whole thing as one commit. -Jeff -- Jeff Mahoney SUSE Labs -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+owner@opensuse.org
