Are you looking for specific pkgs? well, if you were running factory: suspend is horribly broken when systemd is used for suspending. And the recent adaptions of upower for systemd also broke networkmanager suspend support when not using systemd.
So if you were in fact using packages from factory, such breakage would be expected. Since you are not, I have no idea what goes wrong on your system.
Trying to capture the corresponding output.. I am sure there were messages about it, just after waking up.
