[opensuse-kernel] sparc64/net update

Hi there, I'd appreciate if Jeff wouldn't enable things in the sparc64/net flavor that don't count towards its goal of being small and providing only the minimal things to get an install going. The subsequent patch reverts a few committed options, please apply.
