Hell, no! This was how openSUSE 13.2 (IIRC the number) ended up almost
unsupported. The support for the kernel was really, really bad. And 4.9
won't be an LTS kernel too, AFAIK.

Hmm, if there is no newer LTS at the 42.3 kabi freeze point, I would
rather stick to 4.4 [A) above].
