That's why I proposed to first change the default offer in the download page which currently defaults to i586 iso , then deprecate the arch and then after a few more releases (2 at least) drop the build completely.
I agree with changing the default. 64-bit is finally more popular than 32-bit so the default should change. But I'd be willing to bet openSUSE will still have x86 ISOs in 2016 (which seems to be the year of prediction for openSUSE).
