After investigation it turns out that kernel-syms 5.3.18-lp152.72.1 requires: - kernel-devel = 5.3.18-lp152.72 - kernel-default-devel = 5.3.18-lp152.72 - kernel-preempt-devel = 5.3.18-lp152.72 kernel-preempt-devel = 5.3.18-lp152.72 requires kernel-devel = 5.3.18-lp152.72 and kernel-preempt = 5.3.18-lp152.72 while kernel-preempt-devel = 5.3.18-lp152.69.1 requires only kernel-devel = 5.3.18-lp152.69 I think that there must be a problem of dependencies somewhere in these packages because I don't understand the interest to install kernel-preempt while kernel-default gives me satisfaction and I would not have the use of kernel-preempt. Only one kernel should do the trick !
