The actual fix is the commit 95b7015433053cd5f648ad2a7b8f43b2c99c949a Bluetooth: btusb: Fix bluetooth on Intel Macbook 2014 and this has been already backported to Leap 15.6 kernel.
Just to be sure, could you check the kernel in OBS Kernel:SLE15-SP6 repo? http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/SLE15-SP6/pool/
If the problem persists with it, it implies that your problem is different.
