Why do you install the default-kmp besides the preemt-kmp?
Two reasons: 1) Because both kernels are installed on the system. Don't ask me why. I don't know. 2) When starting "yast sw_single" to select the packages to install, I found that those two packages were selected for install automatically, so I installed them. I do not know, why the preempt-kmp is on Release 36 and not on Release 44 as the kernel.
My guess is that the drive module has to be rebuilt for the newer kernel if the API changed. The kernel message seems to indicate that. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
