We can tell now, that it is definitely the combination of an NVMe SSD and the
Leap 15.3 OS. Following notes:
- Not every SSD is slow with Leap 15.3.
- It is not the combination of mainboard + NVMe SSD. But a certain NVMe SSD
only.
- The NVMe SSD which slowed down is a "Micron NVMe Gen4" with the model
"MTFDHBA256TCK".
I would like to bisect the kernel patches applied to the Leap 15.3 kernel.
Since it is a regression to Leap 15.2 a bisect seems suitable. I will apply
following instructions to build the kernel.

Any thoughts on this?
