[opensuse-kde] A couple of deps are missing for upgrade of 4.9.5 to 4.10.1 on 12.2/x86_64

The build log shows them as cumulated. That's just the first missing dependency, but resolving this hopefully enlightens the path to resolving the rest of them.. I've disabled, KDE_Release_49, enabled KDE_Release_410, and added a priority of 90 to it.
