Find icon(s) and make it system icon in /usr/share/icons/default.kde .

That won't affect the activity icon, as the monochrome one is at /usr/share/kde4/apps/desktoptheme/openSUSE/widgets/activities.svgz so one needs to remove it, and restart plasma.
