Hello. KDE version is 3.1.4. OS is SuSE 9.0. I attempted to simply type in gg or google in the URL frame and got nowhere. How do I enable internet shortcuts so that I can initiate a search (with, in my case, google) directly from the URL frame? Thanks Mike

Mike Apologies for asking the obvious but you did add the delimiter? ie gg:searchforthis - I think the default delimiter is a colon : HTH Jim

Did you type this in the location bar: gg:text_to_find or gg:"text to find" ? Cheers, Leen
