Try ctrl-alt-backspace, twice. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 13.1 x86_64 "Bottle" at Telcontar)

To make your call useful, it is recommended if you can : For the output command text attachements or links to paste.opensuse.org are a must ;-) - You talk about 42.2, did you have any additionnals repositories enabled ? send "zypper lr -d output" - Could you tell us a bit more about your hardware ? lspci -vv (and copy paste the part about your video adapter(s)) - What logs did you have in Xorg.0.log - Any informations in ~/.xsession-errors:0 -- Bruno Friedmann Ioda-Net Sàrl www.ioda-net.ch Bareos Partner, openSUSE Member, fsfe fellowship GPG KEY : D5C9B751C4653227 irc: tigerfoot -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

OK, I attached the output.
- Could you tell us a bit more about your hardware ? lspci -vv (and copy paste the part about your video adapter(s))
- What logs did you have in Xorg.0.log
- Any informations in ~/.xsession-errors:0
I hope I have all send ? -- mit freundlichen Grüßen / best regards, Günther J. Niederwimmer

Almost :-) Use also journactl -b --no-pager | grep kde to intercept eventually system wide propagated message. -- Bruno Friedmann Ioda-Net Sàrl www.ioda-net.ch Bareos Partner, openSUSE Member, fsfe fellowship GPG KEY : D5C9B751C4653227 irc: tigerfoot -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org
