Hi, the new KDE4 repositories are now enabled to build the latest KDE 4.x, e.g. KDE 4.0.1 and newer. See http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/Repositories for more information. The KDE:KDE4 repository has not been updated and will be removed in the near future, so please switch away from it.
