It is a "virgin" server, the existing users are only used by LDAP for egroupware at this moment (migrate from there), none of them has use his account with KDE now. So there are no personally settings.

The server is an freeNX-Server, I migrate when I'm ready with kde-settings.

In that case it sounds like you want to copy their entire $HOME directories.
