[opensuse-kde] WebP support in KDE

Hi, today I hat my first contact with webp files. Sadly the KDE applications in openSUSE (using Tumbleweed) do not support webp images. I read on the web (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=736574) that libwebp needs to be a build dependency of kde-runtime for such support. Is this missing in openSUSE? Can it be added?
