Hi Bob
Well, this is version of alsa utilities, not alsa driver. But most probable your alsa driver is also 1.0.23. Just to be sure, you can get driver version by "cat /proc/asound/version" Mark Goldstein
Hi Mark,
Nope not the same. Here is what I got.
bob@Easystreet:~> cat /proc/asound/version Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.22.1. bob@Easystreet:~>
How do I go about getting the later driver ?
I have a driver that is older than your current, and works fine with Logitech Headsets, mind you I'm running Ubuntu 10.04 and gnome, it can actually be done under KDE3 IIRC, I'm not sure if it's in the sound settings, or KDE's preferences application. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
