It was installed but for some reason the switch was to OSS
I solved by switching and replace system packages to install all packages from
KDE:Current on YaST (zypper up gave too many options (e.g. break, downgrade,
keep) for many packages. So, no more KMail, KAddress, KOrganizer, ToDo List,
Journal, KNotes complaining about

or other messages like above.
At the end, a KNotes Migration Tool will pop up to choose where your Notes
will be stored. No hassle at all.
