Version 4.4.5 of the Qt Python IDE Eric has been released. The most recent version on the openSUSE repositories is 4.4.2, which was released in March. There is also a 5.0.0 release candidate. Maybe 4.4.5 can go in the KDE4:desktop and backports repository and 5.0.0 can go in KDE4:playground.
That's a point I don't clearly understand. Why is Eric in :Desktop in the first place ?
afaik: - It's not a KDE application (as in 'not part of KDE svn/git') - It's not a dependency for anything in :Desktop.
Shouldn't it be in :Community instead ?
The repo names/urls will be changed soon, and the misleading "Desktop" part will then disappear. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
