This is a very valid point, IMO. The 11.0 version should not be deleted from the servers at least till 11.3 is released, and hopefully a bit later, after the big bug clearing that occurs just after release. That would allow people using 11.0 a chance to upgrade. Or at worst, the main repos being moved to an archive for some time.
