I'm not sure e.g. why we need lizards in addition to planetsuse, or how much value users.o.o/connect ads, also how many different version control systems hold openSUSE related stuff now, berlios, gitorious, forgesvn, others? I think our infrastructure could be leaner - making things easier for new contributors and for the admins.
There should be just berlios (svn) and gitorious (git). We moved to those because forgesvn is going to be shut down. Most of our current development happens on gitorious now, berlios is used as an archive for projects that didn't get converted to git, and for projects where the maintainers had strong objections against switching to git.
