Error message was: "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown" : " "The name org.kde.amarok was not provided by any .service files" "--
Has anyone an idea?
It looks like it might be the problem of Amarok 2.3.0 crashing on start-up when the Info widget is used.
Try editing/removing/renaming ~/.kde4/share/apps/amarok_homerc to get rid of the info widget, and see if it helps. I've tried to delete the folder amarok under share/apps and deleted the amarok files under config, but the same issue, Then i've tried to install different version of amarok2 from obs, with the same issue. ATM i have 2.3.0-67.
It's a Qt bug, but amarok 2.3.1 is said to have a workaround. I hope it :-) -- Sincerely yours
