[opensuse-kde] KScreen status?

I was having trouble with 4.10.4 on F19 that I wasn't having with 4.10.4 on 13.1. Turns out KScreen was overriding xorg.conf. Yum remove kscreen wanted to remove kde-workspace, so I did rpm -e --nodeps kscreen and solved the problem. Is KScreen going to be "mandatory" for single display users of 13.1's KDE4 too? Is its appearance in OSS repos scheduled yet? If so, for when? -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
