KDE 4.13 brings a different search and tagging framework and therefore a
migration is required. Therefore we gave some instructions on how to ensure
that the migration will run.
Factory already received KDE 4.13 with the first Beta which is about 1 month
ago and also a number of oS 13.1 users switched to KDE:Distro:Factory to help
