Do you really mean the splash screen (which is totally unrelated to KDM), or KDM's theme? You have to configure the latter in KDE4's systemsettings, there is no breeze theme available at all. For the splash screen you should be able to choose between Oxygen, Breeze, and openSUSE on a default installation. The openSUSE one is in plasma5-workspace- openSUSE, Oxygen is in the package oxygen5-style, which you probably don't have installed.
