[opensuse-kde] Where is Usenet News in KDE PIM from 4.8?

I have a spare laptop on which I occasionally try the latest version of KDEPIM to see if it's as functional as KDEPIM3. So in installed OpenSuSE 12.1 and KDE4.8 today. Although the help file clearly shows a USENET category, it doesn't appear easy to actually find it when I'm in Kontact. Is it there?
