Do we need a Requires for plasmoid-networkmanagement?
Urgs! Please do NOT. Making it a "Requires" would mean the normal Desktops get it too. "Recomment" is ok, add it to the Laptop / Mobil - Scheme as a "Requires" is ok, too. A KDE Desktop without it schould be possible without hassle. Maybe the "Requires" should be in the package that "Provides" Broadband Modems, and no where else.
