I played around with that repositories 8 month ago, there they worked. Don't know what about the maintainer, if he is still working on it. At that time it worked in VirtualBox and on my WeTab. Don't no if there are any plans for working on Plasma Active on openSUSE. I have tried using the PlasmaActive build from openSUSE on my TF201 for a while but since our beloved chameleon doesn't implement the multitouch patches for Qt4 most of the touch optimized features didn't work properly, because the touchpanel provides MT ABS data. Also there is a focus issue in Qt (at least on ARM), don't know if you experience it on x86_64 as well. The only distribution so far, which got PlasmaActive fully working is Mer. But without the proper HW acceleration features within the kernel it dies with a segfault.
