Is there any way *for me now* to remove kmix from dcop / automatic start? Deactivating "autostart after login" in kmix/settings has no impact
Because i always switch KDE to open clean (not saving the session) kmix never opens for me. I always have to add it to the Autostart folder, just like klipper. Annoying behaviour but maybe a solution for you.
I've closed kmix and switched kde session recovery to user-saved mode. Then saved the session manually and rebooted. Seems to work now. Thanx Peter for the work-around! - -- All the best, Peter J.
