the ksnapshot-window won't go to the background after I click on new foto if delay is set to none. This happens on my laptop with openSuSE 12.2 and *4.10.2 "release 556" from K:R. If I set a value of one second or greater, it works normally. Some modi work fine, but those in which i mark an area are showing that problem. On my other with laptop with OS 12.3 and KDE 10.0.0 it works as it should, the ksnapshot window goes to the background, even if the delay is set to no delay.
Hi. It's an old known issue :( You could use delay in 1 second to prevent it. I've got it since KDE 4.7 as I remember.
Set to 0 I wouldn't necessarily expect not going to background to be a bug as long as the KSnapshot window isn't part of a new snapshot. If the KSnapshot window is included, maybe not going to background is intentional precisely so that the KSnapshot window can be included in a snapshot without needing a second instance of it open. 1 second is pretty short. For most people a 1 second delay is probably instant enough. -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
