Well, you are not alone: that is exactly what happened to me with the internal Qualcomm Gobi 2000 WWAN adapter. After reading tons of bug reports and writing some comments it just worked! :-D
Gruß Jan -- It works better if you plug it in. I seem to have missed the original issue, would anybody mind filling me in? I use internal CDMA with gobi, and noticed LibreOffice can export to media wiki, so I may be writing the wiki article finally.
