Rather than installing KDE4 and then KDE3.5, you might want to take a cleaner approach. This is for 11.4, but the procedure will be the same to 12.1 when I find time to write it up too: http://forums.opensuse.org/english/get-technical-help-here/how-faq-forums/un... The 3.5 repo is available this time to be selected in Yast-Repositories-Add-Community, so all that need be added is: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE3:/HAL-enabled/openSUSE_12... and enable HALdaemon in Yast-System-SystemServices. This is the procedure I use all the time, when upgrading via a clean install. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde3+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde3+owner@opensuse.org
