Is there any chance that KDE3's bluetooth utilities will be fixed anytime soon? I recently bought a bluetooth keyboard so that I can have one keyboard for multiple desktops, but the KDE3 bluetooth utilities just crash when I try to configure it. I have no bluetooth need nor devices, so can't help with this. There's probably no chance unless someone reports a bug with reliable reproduction steps. I see no such bug existing on https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/
The only conceivably related bugs I see are: When pairing a bluetooth mouse while wlan is activated plasma segfaults and takes all active users with it. https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1029999 and NetworkManager 1.8.0 crash/core dump on bluetooth connection https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1047794 Neither mention KDE3. Have you tried to configure through YaST2, possibly using an IceWM session instead of a KDE3? -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
