Lars, That makes sense--it seems from the wiki and team pages that there are a handful of very busy people holding up the entire project! I'll be at Saturday's meeting, but might be a bit late or sleepy as I'm in GMT-8 (US Pacific) at present. Cameron R. Cumberland 柯智明 只要努力,就能成功 With hard work, success is possible. "Intro" lectures like this sound like a great idea, with the option to go in-depth if someone finds a particular area of interest or has relevant skills. As we do not have enough members to cover the current workload, the idea is to step back from our day-to-day "jobs" as heroes and use this time instead to train new members.
Your question already brought up the following idea in me: It might be a good exercise to run a workshop just about these "day-to-day" jobs (sharing screen while actively working on something). This should already give you a good impression of what we normally do - and how we do it exactly. :-)
With kind regards, Lars
