[heroes] Supporting the openSUSE CaaSP cluster

Hello everyone, I was made aware of the ticket at https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/54977. It seems that help is needed with the openSUSE cluster and I am eager to help you get a running CaaSP setup again. AFAIK you have already been contacted by Ludovic and I would work together with him to setup a new v4 cluster for the openSUSE community.
