[opensuse-gnome] gnome-libs, libraries explanation please
gnome-libs provides these libraries: libart_lgpl.so.2.2.0 libgnome.so.32.4.3 libgnomesupport.so.0.0.0 libgnomeui.so.32.14.1 libgnorbagtk.so.0.0.0 libgnorba.so.27.1.8 libgtkxmhtml.so.1.0.1 libzvt.so.2.3.0 bombermaze doesn't compiles with --as-needed because libgnome doesn't links against libpopt. I could fix just that, but the thing is these libraries in general don't link against other libraries they need. All of them are in /ust/lib(64) and have a soname, so they look like libraries by themself... even if the DT_NEEDED list sometimes makes me think otherwise. And since these libraries are so old... Could someone confirm me that libgnorbagtk isn't some kind of plugin for libgnorba but a library apps link to directly? And the same for the others... When patching, I should make all libraries link against all the libraries they use or there is any special case?
