[opensuse-gnome] Cleaning up our projects

Hello,

We've looked at what maintainers we have for our various GNOME: projects and decided to clean them up a bit. People who have not contributed for a while, will be removed. If you are listed as a maintainer and got removed, and in your opinion, by mistake, please contact myself or Vincent and we'll rectify it.

Also, the following projects will be deleted:

GNOME:snapshots GNOME:snapshots:patched GNOME:snapshots:unpatched GNOME:test-updates:10.3

GNOME:Snapshots may be recreated in the future, if we have someone willing to work on it.

We would also like to know if GNOME:GNOME1 is actually still needed or if it can be deleted as well. Would appreciate if Maintainers of that project could let us know.
