Introducing New Maintainer for VirtualBox
Hello, Following my recent E-mail regarding my successor as the openSUSE maintainer of VirtualBox, Larry Len Rainey volunteered, at least as a trainee. He is a young man (only 70!). We worked together to get version 6.1.36 released, and I expect we will soon need to work through the kernel API changes associated with 6.2.0. Kernel 5.19.0 was a rare release that did not change any APIs used by VirtualBox. I hope you give the other Larry the support and respect that you have given me. Larry

I'm glad to see that the ongoing maintenance of this quite important package is ensured! Kudos to Larry Finger - in my opinion, you have done a great job maintaining VirtualBox. Many of us owe you a huge debt of gratitude. It was VirtualBox on openSUSE that was my introduction to virtualisation. Thank you. Welcome Larry Len Rainey - best of luck with your new task. Best, Graham.
