Just guessing, but anything related to ".ru" might be a problem these days.

Thanks to Carlos, Jiri and Marco for their help. Unfortunately, some of my answers don't reach the mailing list, so here's a quick summary: I wrote to admin@opensuse.org. Response from the administrator - outgoing letters to my email are blocked by Yandex with suspicion of spam. I wrote to Yandex support, they confirmed this and promised to help. Current state of affairs: I'm waiting for mail logs with the necessary information from admin@opensuse.org to send them to Yandex support. New letters from the mailing list again come to my e-mail.
