Standard clamd should run as user:group vscan:vscan, so should freshclam. In that case you should not have this message because the socket is owned by vcscan:vscan.

It's simply the case if clamd is not yet started ....
elianios82 be sure you have enable and started clamd.service
I guess I should let you search a bit how to do that, what you've found by yourself is always stored in long term memory :-)
