After my tests from yesterday, I found https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/ show_bug.cgi?id=1096008. The fix exists but the updated package never reached SLE15 (and this directly affects the Leap package). Things started moving again this morning, the issue will hopefully be fixed soon.
